5 Colour Flexo Press
This press produces large quantities of both blank and multi coloured labels on rolls or sheets in the shortest possible time and on a wide variety of substrates.

Single Colour Wide Web Flexo Press
A recent addition to our armoury, this press enables us to be extremely competitive in the high volume blank or single colour label markets of logistics, warehouse operation and distribution.

4 Colour Rotary UV Letterpress
A truly flexible press with a very high quality capability. Utilising computer technology, this machine is our answer to the short to medium runs. Using Ultra Violet curing inks and varnish, we can ensure a finished label that will make your product stand out from the competition.

Sitting and Rewinding
With high speed off line sitting and rewinding equipment we can offer the customer a wide choice of reel and core sizes to suit any application.

Pantone Colours
Inks can be quickly and accurately mixed to match the PANTONE range of colours using Pantone Formula scales. These accurate digital weighing scales with computerised electronics have the Pantone formulas stored in memory and repeatedly provide accurate colour matching.

Plate Making
Plates are produced both in-house and by a number of specialist suppliers enabling orders to be turned round in the shortest possible time and manufacturing costs kept to a minimum.

Thermal Transfer Printing
For those with a requirement for variable information printing, sequential numbers or barcode lables, we can offer a very competitive service. Labels can be supplied on a range of substrates and if necessary on printed backgrounds.
